In the language of technology, the ability to use modern IT tools to perform at higher levels and efficiency in the course of work was important pre-pandemic; now it is essential.

Companies that do not develop proactive plans to improve Tech Fluency overall and within their employee ranks will continue to experience reductions in efficiency, productivity, competitive ability, and ultimately revenue.
