Burton
Consulting International (BCI) provides consulting services to companies doing business in and with Japan and to Japanese
companies doing business internationally. We have successfully completed projects for clients in areas including: market research
& analysis, the Business Analysis component of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering and definition,
design and testing of applications, marketing strategies, business development, cross-cultural communications training and
project management. BCI was founded by Yvonne
Burton, who worked and studied in Japan for over seven years. In Japan, she was a consultant for retail, educational
services, and import/export companies. Now based in New York City, she helps U.S. companies and Japanese companies in various
industries improve business processes and manage international projects.
